Don't let the outside fool you! The seafood is fresh, the sashimi cold, and the rolls are to die for! They have nightly food and drink specials in an open seating atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Great price/ value too!
Don't walk, run here! Literally one of my favorite places, especially for happy hour! The drinks are cheap & the food always hits, literally no matter what you get. Definitely a place you can come as you are, dress up or down. It doesn't matter. The vibe is always a fun time & the service is top tier! Tell em, Lauren sent you!
I've only ever had sushi at this location. Both times I went it was because I was on a lunch break or didn't have much time. I ordered sushi because I felt like it would have a short waiting time - I was right. And the sushi is always good! The ambiance is cool, not too loud but it probably just depends on who is dining that day. Both times I was seated quickly and had a friendly server. For parking there is a small lot in the back, but if there are no spots there, it is located in the square so there are some street parking spots and of course the parking garage on the next street over.
We went on a Friday night with a group of 5 and it didn't take long to get a table. Service was good. Drinks and food were amazing. We ordered about 5-6 rolls to share and each one was delicious. The seafood dip was okay, didn't really taste the seafood flavors and it was salty. Will try the crawfish nachos next time instead. Definitely a good place for couples or small groups.
